Stumble Into Women's History Throughout Yellow Springs: High School Students Add to the Stumble

Last year, Mr. Day and Mr. Jackson's high school history classes began what has become a growing project. The project can be found throughout the streets of Yellow Springs. As you walk through town you might stumble across some markers that explain some rich history of Yellow Springs. Last year the focus was on war and peace. This year, students added a layer of women's history.

The students researched, interviewed, and looked in primary and secondary sources to find some truly remarkable events and stories that were carried out by some amazing people. Whether they were born and raised here or they received an education from Antioch, this town made an impact of their lives and they have made an impact on others'.
